Request a refund (through Apple)

Refunds for SmishAlert are handled by Apple. How to request one and where to get help.

SmishAlert is billed through your Apple ID, so refunds are handled by Apple—not by SmishAlert. Apple decides whether a refund is approved based on their policy.

How to request a refund

  • On your iPhone: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon (top right), then tap your name. Tap Purchase History, find SmishAlert, tap it, then tap Report a Problem and follow the steps.
  • On the web: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose "Request a refund." Select the SmishAlert charge and submit your reason.

Apple's official refund guide

Apple has a full guide with step-by-step instructions and eligibility info. You'll usually get an update within 24–48 hours.

If you have questions about your SmishAlert subscription (for example, you were charged and don't know why), you can also email us at support@smishalert.ai and we'll explain how billing works—but the actual refund must go through Apple.
