Delete your SmishAlert account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what is removed and how to complete the request.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove your SmishAlert user record, alerts you submitted, pending analysis results tied to your account, and your app profile data stored with us. Your Firebase authentication record for SmishAlert is also removed so you cannot sign in again with the same credentials without creating a new account.
If you have an active subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it in your store account settings; deleting your SmishAlert account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
Ways to delete
- Web (this page): Sign in below and confirm permanent deletion. Use the same sign-in method (email, Google, or Microsoft) as in the app when possible.
- Mobile app: Open SmishAlert, go to the Account tab, and use the delete-account option (and confirm when prompted).
- Email: Send a request from your registered email to support@smishalert.ai. We verify and process requests within 10 business days.
